Tortilla Dip by Amy Bott
Boil:
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup oil
Add:
1 cup sugar
Cook until dissolved.
Bring to room temperature.
Add:
2 cans black-eyed peas - drained
1 can corn - drained
1 large red pepper - diced small
2 bunches green onion - diced small
Chill before serving with tortilla chips.
